PCS employs a team of field
experienced help desk trainers and installers who
answer customer support calls on PCS’ toll free hot
line (800-247-3061 Ext.3). Technical support is
delivered via Citrix based remote desktop
technology. This allows our support technicians to
better examine and diagnose system issues to resolve
problems. Our technical support team is available
during all school operating hours, 7am-7pm E.S.T.
